Top speed is the most inflated number in this category, so this is a spec table, not a countdown: every entry puts the manufacturer claim next to a GPS-logged figure from one protocol - 175 lb rider, full battery, flat dry road, VBox logger, never read off the scooter display. Gaps run from plus 1 mph to minus 11.7 mph. All are far past Ontario and BC e-scooter pilot limits: these are private-property machines.

Ranked on what actually survives a season of trail riding rather than on top speed: suspension type and travel, whether the tires are tubeless and self-healing, the real IP rating (body versus controller), deck and stem construction, the folding mechanism as the usual weak point, and how hard it is to get a replacement part. Weight is the tax you pay for all of it, so every entry says what it costs you to lift.
