Question 1

How do I create a list?

Accepted Answer

Tap the + in the bottom bar on a phone or "Create" in the header on desktop. Pick a list type (Ranked, Battle, Tier or Bracket), add your items, and publish.

Question 2

What is the difference between list types?

Accepted Answer

Ranked lists are ordered top to bottom by votes. Battles put two picks head to head. Tier lists place items in S/A/B/C/D bands. Brackets run picks through rounds until one wins.

Question 3

How do votes work?

Accepted Answer

Signed-in members can upvote or downvote any entry once, and change their mind later. Each list is ordered by its entries' vote totals.

Question 4

How do I report content?

Accepted Answer

Open the list, entry, brand or discussion and use its Report control (the flag icon, or "Report" in the More menu). Reports go to the moderation queue.

Question 5

Why was my content removed?

Accepted Answer

Content that breaks the Community Guidelines — spam, harassment, copyrighted material, vote manipulation — can be removed by a moderator.

Question 6

Can I change my username or display name?

Accepted Answer

Your display name, bio, website and social links: Account → Settings → Profile → Edit profile. Your @username is fixed once chosen.

Question 7

How do I cancel my subscription?

Account → Settings → Subscription → Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel. Access continues until the current period ends.

Question 8

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer
