You can delete your FindBest account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to your FindBest account.
2. Go to Account Settings → Security (open Security settings).
3. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. On mobile (iOS / Android), the same option is available under Account Settings → Security.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials (email / authentication record).
• Your profile (display name, username, bio, avatar, links).
• Your lists, comparisons, saved items, and submissions.
• Your reviews, votes, comments, and discussion posts.
• Your notification and email preferences.

Related content is removed automatically through cascading database rules when your account is deleted.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations (for example, transaction records tied to a past payment). Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are retained per their retention policy. Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, email support@findbest.pro from the email address on your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.
